1. DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

2. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
“Personal Data” is any information concerning an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified by a qualifier such as a name, a number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements of their physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.
The Personal Data collected from the Site is the following:
a. Navigation data
During their regular operation, this website’s computer systems and software procedures acquire some personal data which must be transmitted as part of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This data category includes the user IP addresses or domain names of the computers, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size, the numeric code indicating the server response status (success, error etc.) and other operating system and user IT environment parameters. This data is used to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to check its correct functioning. It is deleted immediately after processing. You indemnify SatrindTech from any claims for compensation for damage caused by processing, made by third parties whose Personal Data has been processed through your site use which violates the Applicable Law.

3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL PROCESSING.
SatrindTech will process the Personal Data you provide through the Site for the following reasons:
a) purposes related to a contract of which you are a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (e.g., request for contact via the Contact form, etc.);
b) statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, which cannot identify the user, aimed at measuring the Site functioning and traffic and assessing usability and interest;
c) purposes related to SatrindTech’s legal obligations;
d) purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right during legal proceedings or whenever legal authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions;
The Personal Data processing legal basis for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or response to a request that does not require consent under the Applicable Law.
The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while the purpose mentioned in point d) is the legitimate processing of Personal Data under the Applicable Law. Once Personal Data has been provided, the processing is necessary to fulfil SatrindTech’s legal obligations. Providing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to do so could make it impossible to meet your request or fulfil SatrindTech’s legal obligations.
4. RECIPIENTS
Your data may be shared, for the purposes specified in point 3, with:
a. the parties necessary for the provision of the Site services, including sending emails and the analysis of the Site operation. These act as SatrindTech’s data processors.
b. Those authorised by SatrindTech who have a legal confidentiality obligation (e.g. SatrindTech employees and partners) and judicial authorities carrying out their duties when required by the Applicable Law.
5. DATA STORAGE
SatrindTech will process your Data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes in point 3. Without prejudice to the above, SatrindTech will process your Personal Data up to the time permitted by Italian law. Further information about the Personal Data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller email address in Article 1.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Under Applicable Law, you can request SatrindTech to access, modify or delete your data, oppose or limit the processing, and obtain the data in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format.
