4S Industrial Shredders

Never before has a new series of shredders been designed to meet market and customer needs as effectively as our new 4-shaft 4S series.

The new 4S industrial shredders are available in 12 versions to offer a modular range of choices suitable for various industries and requirements.

The various models are designed to process materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, hospital waste, wood, post-consumer aluminum and plastic products, packaging, and much more.

Electric motors are available in 2×15 kW and 2×22 kW power ratings, and each model offers three different shredding chamber capacities: 700, 1,000, and 1,200 mm.

Further customization is achieved by adjusting the size of the screening grate and the thickness of the blades to obtain the required material size.

A management and control PLC, with optional router and firewall, completes the configuration and makes the series Industry 4.0 compliant.

Additional advanced modular features of the 4S industrial shredders allow for switching between different models in the series, while other innovations accelerate the resumption of operations during blade set replacement.

Finally, customization can also include the feeding and discharge systems. What more!
