Ses si\u00e8ges et ses installations de production sont install\u00e9s dans 23 pays et comptent plus de 35\u00a0000 employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exigence du client d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des restes de mat\u00e9riau qui actuellement est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e uniquement au granulateur a pouss\u00e9 SatrindTech \u00e0 proposer deux lignes jumelles qui traitent le mat\u00e9riau plastique en PPE. Une ligne sera d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction volum\u00e9trique des masselottes pendant que l\u2019autre devra traiter les rebuts de la ligne d\u2019extrusion pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019installation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de la ligne est compos\u00e9e de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0: un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur basculeur automatique, un broyeur \u00e0 double arbre (mod\u00e8le K 8\/25) et un convoyeur plac\u00e9 en aval du broyeur pour transporter le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au moulin.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit une automatisation totale du processus de chargement\/d\u00e9chargement du mat\u00e9riau, le chargement est effectu\u00e9 en introduisant les paniers de mat\u00e9riau dans l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur basculeur qui se chargera de le soulever et de l\u2019introduire dans la tr\u00e9mie. Le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la chambre est ensuite transf\u00e9r\u00e9 au moulin par le convoyeur. Le cycle est enti\u00e8rement g\u00e9r\u00e9 depuis un panneau de commande \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019API Siemens.<\/p>\n<p>Si cette solution est, en soi, parmi celles d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es au cours des ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SatrindTech, elle se distingue par le tableau \u00e9lectrique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019installation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u avec des composants conformes aux normes UL 508 \/ NPFA 79. Dans ce but, le tableau \u00e9lectrique a d\u00fb \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9\u00e9tudi\u00e9, par rapport aux tableaux conformes aux normes CEI, pour pouvoir utiliser les composants conformes aux normes UL, tout comme le c\u00e2blage \u00e0 bord de la machine. Tous les c\u00e2bles \u00e9lectriques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et remplac\u00e9s selon les fournitures standards europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>Essentiellement, cette norme d\u00e9termine la fourniture des \u00e9quipements et instruit sur les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques que la\/les machine\/s doivent poss\u00e9der pour les \u00c9tats-Unis.
