At the machine management level, we have provided a management and control PLC<\/strong>, with components that, within an Industry 4.0 project, enable communication and control of the machine in line with the most advanced requirements of the Internet of Things.<\/p>\n<\/div>Smart Shredders: the revolution begins with maintenance<\/h3><\/div>Drawing on our experience and constant dialogue with partners and customers, the objective we set during the design and development phase was to facilitate and minimize maintenance time on the machine. The machine body, in fact, was conceived according to a modular model<\/strong> that can be assembled and reassembled through a series of modules. In a short time, and with few operations, it is possible to switch from the 4S7\/30 model to the 4S12\/60 model. <\/p>\nIn addition to this ease of assembly, our designers have also introduced another innovation that accelerates the resumption of operations when replacing blade sets<\/strong>: worn components or those requiring sharpening can be removed from the chamber without disassembling the blades and replaced with others already equipped with new blades.
